Our history
DIIS Group is an independent company, founded in 2015, which provides various services for the monitoring and proper execution of financing (bond issues and loans) from their inception to their maturity.
Post-transaction services for debt financing on the French market are provided by a few well-established institutions, but these are constantly seeking to standardise and industrialise their processes and are no longer always able to respond to specific requests or rapidly changing expectations from market participants.
With backgrounds in market activities and securities trading, the founders of DIIS Group sought to provide specific, more agile and personalised solutions to the bond market.
DIIS Group has kept pace with developments in the French market and the growth of debt funds, Euro PP financing, private placements (bonds or loans) and, more broadly, the growth of non-bank lenders in the private debt market.
In 2017, DIIS Group contributed to the creation of the PREF-X platform, which aims to secure and structure the management and exchange of information between borrowers, agents and investors in private financing.
